My name is JJ Austen. I am an Atlanta based actor originally from Nashville, Tennessee.

I graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and have continued my education from several of the many amazing acting studios in Atlanta including Drama Inc., Mornell Studios, and Door D Creative to name a few. I believe I should constantly be learning and training as an artist.

Outside of acting, I love to travel, sing, dance, and hike. I spend most days playing with my one-eyed pitbull named Goose; she is the silliest. I also recently got into long distance running after Covid shut down the gyms (outside is free, too, so that’s a plus!) I even ended up getting second place in my age bracket in my most recent 15K.

I am always ready to create, collaborate and tackle any obstacle head on. Covid didn’t slow me down. During the shutdown, I worked on several short films and booked my longest recurring gig creating DIY videos for Aromatic Fragrances International.
